Spaghetti with garlic and olive oil

Ingredients

  • 500 grams of spaghetti
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons Orovalle extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried chilli, marbled
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup (60 grams) freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Elaboration

Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the packet. Drain.

Heat the Orovalle olive oil in a saucepan over low heat. Add the garlic and chilli and sauté until the garlic is transparent. Pour over the cooked pasta and toss well. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.
